Our Response to NHS England / Public Health / Government Guidelines
To protect all our patients and staff we are continuing to offer telephone appointments only in the first instance, which must be booked over the phone or on-line. If you book an appointment on-line it will automatically be booked as a telephone appointment. The doctor you speak to will ask you to come to the surgery if they feel you need to be seen in person. Alternatively, they may provide a video consultation.
Nursing appointments must also be booked over the phone or on-line.
All patients who attend the surgery for a pre-arranged face-to-face appointment should wear a face covering in line with NHS England's Stay Alert guidance.
Repeat Prescriptions may be ordered on-line or over the phone if you are over 70. Your repeat prescription will not be available for collection from the surgery. Please nominate the pharmacy you would like your prescription to be sent electronically to.
If you have a new continuous cough or temperature of 37.8 C or higher or a loss of taste / smell you should stay at home for 7 days.
If your symptoms do not improve after 7 days or become severe, please use NHS 111 on-line coronavirus service at: www.111.nhs.uk/covid-19/ or call NHS 111.
If a member of your household has these symptoms, you should self-isolate for 14 days. Self-isolation certificates are only available at: www.111.nhs.uk/isolation-note/
DO NOT ENTER THE SURGERY
