Our response to NHS England / Public Health / Government Guidelines
To protect all our patients and staff we are now only offering telephone appointments, which must be booked over the phone or on-line. If you book an appointment on-line it will automatically be booked as a telephone appointment. The doctor you speak to will ask you to come to the surgery if they feel you need to be seen in person. Nursing appointments must also be booked over the phone or on-line.
Please do not queue at the front door or enter the surgery to book an appointment at the reception desk. Repeat Prescriptions may be ordered on-line or over the phone if you are over 70. Please nominate the pharmacy you would like your prescription to be sent to electronically so that you do not need to collect it from the surgery.
If you have a new continuous cough or temperature of 37.8 C or higher you should stay at home for 7 days. If your symptoms do not improve after 7 days or become severe, please use NHS 111 on-line or call NHS 111. If a member of your household has these symptoms, you should self-isolate for 14 days. Self-isolation certificates are only available at: www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/self-isolation-advice
DO NOT ENTER THE SURGERY
IF YOU HAVE
CONTINUOUS COUGH OR HIGH TEMPERATURE
