New Emotional and Wellbeing Service- From January 2024

We are very happy to advise patients that we are now able to offer an Emotional and Wellbeing Service in the practice, to help patients that are experiencing difficult times.

The new Mental Health team will help guide patients to successfully handle life's stresses and adapt to change.

Mental Health Support Co-ordinator- Poppy

Poppy can offer a non-clinical holistic approach based on goal setting and providing support signposting to other services. She can provide telephone or face to face appointments.

Mental Health Practitioner- Debbie

Debbie is a Mental Health Nurse by background. She can offer up to 6 sessions of face to face or telephone work.

Please call reception if you are going through tough times and feel you would benefit from being referred to this service.

Protecting our Patients and Staff

We are no longer asking patients to wear a face mask when they attend the surgery, but patients may choose to wear one if that is their preference. We do respectively ask any patients attending the surgery with respiratory symptoms to consider wearing a face mask to minimise the risk of infection transmission to others. Face masks will remain available at reception if you require one.
